As part of ongoing improvements, we are introducing new features to provide Active Health policyholders with even more value.
Main concept & Solution : Use “Gamification” for This feature transforms the user’s car insurance usage into a virtual tree-growing process. Users accumulate points based on the time their insurance is active and the distance traveled under insurance coverage. These points help grow virtual trees, which unlock special rewards, such as discounts for renewing their insurance. Additionally, users can build a tree collection, but if they do not renew their insurance or exceed the renewal period, some parts of their collection may be lost.

ฟีเจอร์นี้จะเปลี่ยนการใช้งานประกันภัยรถยนต์ของผู้ใช้เป็นกระบวนการสะสมต้นไม้เสมือนจริง ผู้ใช้จะสะสมคะแนนจากระยะเวลาการเปิดใช้ประกันภัยและระยะการเดินทางที่อยู่ภายใต้ความคุ้มครองของประกัน ผู้ใช้สามารถสะสมคะแนนเพื่อปลดล็อคต้นไม้แบบพิเศษ และใช้ต้นไม้เหล่านี้เป็นส่วนลดในการต่ออายุประกันภัยรถยนต์ครั้งต่อไป นอกจากนี้ยังมีระบบสะสมคอลเลคชั่นต้นไม้ ซึ่งหากไม่มีการต่อประกันหรือต่อเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนด คอลเลคชั่นต้นไม้บางส่วนจะหายไป
